Ice developments can clearly be observed in the large central lakes of The Netherlands; Marker Lake and IJssel Lake. Some other nice details are:
- No snow on the Wadden isle of Vlieland while all other islands are snow-covered.
- Woods/forests still appear.
- Water vapour cloud from nuclear power station Doel, just north of the town of Antwerp.
The images are shown in a 'traditional' false colour combination, see band combinations for more information.
